Happy Monday, friends! We know that rolling off of the weekend and into a new work week can sometimes be a downer. We hope that’s not the case for you and that you’re ready to tackle whatever the proverbial ‘Monday Morning Blues’ throw at you! No matter which camp you find yourself in, we thought we’d help turn your morning around or equip you with even more empowerment to show Monday who’s boss! Because after all, who doesn’t love beautiful locations and high end fashion!?
This shoot with Jacqui Kruger was SO much fun, and it almost didn’t happen! We planned to shoot around Scottsdale Quarter and timed everything perfectly for us to be able to grab lunch at our favorite taco shop, Blanco Taco, before the shoot! While we were stuffing ourselves with chips, salsa, and white queso, the weather took a sharp turn for the worse. It was unpredicted and completely unordinary for Arizona. Jacqui was willing to brave it though, and we were so glad she did! The storm rolled by quickly and we were able to capture these amazing images of her white bell sleeve top and bright pink Chanel purse!
The second look was taken on a different day when the weather was a little more cooperative like we Arizonan’s can usually count on! We had a nice slow breeze that was creating soft movement in her blush maxi, but Erica decided that it just wasn’t enough! If only you could have been there with us to witness what took place next. Seriously, we wish we had someone who could follow us around with a camera for moments like these! Erica hid herself behind the column as much as she could, held the edge of Jacqui’s dress, and let go and jumped out of the frame to create some serious ‘Beyoncé’ wind! Not only were Erica’s cricket-like jumping skills impressive, the shot turned out pretty amazing too!
