- We had a crazy, crazy busy week this week! After having friends from Washington staying with us for a week, we jumped right in head first the day after they left with the busiest couple of weeks yet! It was SO nice to have Tina (Erica’s Mom) down for the day to help with the kids during one of our longer days! We love time with her and it’s so nice to let the kids have some extra Nana time!
- We’re going to be honest – we are big time country music fans. So naturally, we get excited when the CMA’s come around each year! We love watching the live acts perform and recapping the year’s best hits! And the fact that Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood have hosted it for the last 10 years makes it even more fun!
- We put our cameras to work in a slightly different way this week for a social media/branding session for Babbo Italian Eatery, a local Italian restaraunt! One big perk of the job? Taste testing!! We couldn’t do these jobs everyday…our waistlines would simply suffer! Especially since their bread is to die for!
- Jon vacuumed the fan blades on every single ceiling fan in the house. Impressive right!? OK not really, but it was one of those things that had been bugging him that he never had time to do. Check!
- In the middle of all the craziness, we were forced to take a night to have dinner out with our two favorite people, Brody and Paislee! And that’s right, we said forced! We had laid out some older elk steaks for dinner that had been in the deep freezer just a tad too long! So we had an impromptu fun family night out for dinner at our favorite local pizza place!
