Welcome to our Friday Top Five! If you are new to our Friday Top Five blog series, hop over to the very first one, Part 1 to start! It will help you understand our Friday Top Five and the fun we like to share here!
- Wait for it…wait for it…we went to our favorite Mexican food restaurant – Blanco Taco! Of course, we were all about the chips, salsa, and white quest! Also, since it was Valentine’s day and we couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate than with our favorite food!
- On Thursday we had a super productive work day with the help of our 4 year old niece! You read that right. Our niece Emmy came over to play with Paislee and she was so entertained that we had less interruptions and a lot more successful work time. We cleared our inbox, took a conference call, crossed off our to-do list and felt very accomplished!
- We got back into our routine of exercising this week. Finding a balance in life seems impossible as things are constantly changing and we can’t fully predict our work load. So finding a rhythm to work with has been our goal and we’re excited – and a little sore – to have exercising back in our rhythm.
- Erica’s parents were down here and Tina, her mom, stayed with us an extra few days before going back up to Show Low. Erica got to go and get a pedicure with her mom, sister and two of her nieces! Girl time with the family and pedicures is always a nice treat!
- Last but not least, we’re finding the good in the stretch of cloudy/rainy days we have had here in AZ. The good is that we both realize we NEED the sun and that we live in the best state where we get to have that 99.9% of the year. How about you – do you enjoy the rain and clouds?
