Brody Started School!
We’ve shared about how excited we were when Brody was officially accepted at his new school for second grade, and this week he finally started! It’s been so fun having him with us everyday this summer, but we’re also excited for him and the new things he’ll learn and new friends he will make this year! After his first week, he’s absolutely loving his new school which is making us feel great about the decisions we made, and he’s starting to make some fun friends! Side Note: We were SO thankful that is two front teeth – yes, his two front teeth – came in before the school year started. The poor guy went months without them!
An Exciting Branding Session
If you missed it on our Instagram Stories, we had an incredible branding session this week! We worked with a local design studio and blogger to capture new imagery for their fresh website redesign! For this session, our client chose our STYLE package where we planned and styled the entire session from start to finish! It was an amazing and busy day, and we’re thrilled with the images we’re going to be able to deliver!
Video Recording
We had a shadow the entire time we were photographing that branding session. We had so much fun working with a local videographer, Mitch Medeiros, as he filmed a behind the scenes video as we worked with our client! We wanted to be able to show you what a session looks like with us, and we thought a video would be the perfect medium to do that with! We can’t wait to show you the final results soon!
Furniture Builder
A couple of years ago we bought Brody a drumset for Christmas. It was a gift that he was thrilled about for a few weeks and then I sat unused in the corner collecting dust for the next year plus. He’s been super into Lego’s recently, so we decided together that we’d sell his drum set and build a Lego table for his room! Jon whipped out a custom Lego table for him that we can’t wait to finish! Just needs some paint and the Lego base plates attached and it will be ready to go!
Wedding Time!
When we started in photography, we were completely set on working with couples on their most magical day – their wedding! While we’ve since transitioned to a focus on Branding & Lifestyle photography, we still have an occasional wedding that we take on. This weekend’s wedding is especially exciting as we’re honored to photograph Erica’s uncle’s wedding in Show Low! Here’s to cooler temperatures and a fun-filled weekend!
