- This week, Jon finally took the plunge. Working with the Powell’s, we’d been introduced to their weight loss, nutrition and training app, Transform! Jon’s been toying around with making the commitment to the app and finally started this week! One week and and he already is seeing how powerful it can be!
- School projects are fun now that we are parents! Brody had his first big project and had to complete research on an animal of his choice and build a diorama. He chose the buffalo (maybe he had some inspiration)! We helped him with his diorama and loved seeing how excited he got about putting together a project he could be proud of.
- We are almost embarrassed to say this, but for the first time, we finally had our camera bodies professionally cleaned. We brought them into Tempe Camera one at a time to have them service and clean the image sensors. Maybe not the most exciting thing in the world, but something that’s been on our to do list for a while – so it’s a win!
- This week brought Erica’s mom, Tina, down to the valley. We only had one night with her, but she was finally able to see Brody play soccer at his practice! We’re looking forward to a long weekend with Tina and Dave for Easter!
- Ok, we saved the best for last! We recently were given raving reviews of a Mexican restaurant we had never tried before. The kind of reviews that made gave us no choice but to see what all the fuss was about! So, we finally tried Cafe Rio for the first time. The result? We fell in love!! Seriously, if you have never been, do yourself a favor and give it a try – you’ll love it! Oh, and their chips and queso aren’t bad either! 😉
