A beautiful girl, a desert castle, and a flower crown… sound perfect to anyone else? Those words sum up the gorgeous senior session with Gracie!
Gracie’s Senior Experience started with hair and makeup! Our makeup artist, Jessica and I met Gracie and her mom, Mindi at their house where we listened to Grease and Guardians Of The Galaxy on their record player! How cool is that?! For some of you that might be no big deal but I think I’ve seen and heard a record player like maybe 3 times before in my life so I was lovin’ it! (The smallest things really do make me the most excited if you can’t tell). We include professional hair and makeup as part of our Senior Experience and moments like these are so fun and make for great memories!
After the getting ready process we went down into the heart of Phoenix and started our session on top of a parking garage under the soft light which was reflected off of the glass buildings in the background – SO perfect!! We then moved to a super unique building with glass garage doors that reflected the awesome cityscape. From there we went to Gracie’s desert castle! I’m just kidding, of course it’s not really her own castle out in the desert, but it sure looked like it!! She looked like a princess in her perfect blush tulle skirt, knotted denim top, and her beautiful flower crown created by The Floral Theory located in Mesa, AZ!
Gracie truly is as beautiful on inside as she is on the outside. She loves Jesus, she’s super intelligent and she has such a sweet personality! I remember meeting her and her family for the first time when we joined in ministry with them at a church plant several years ago and it’s so fun to see her now entering into her senior year of high school! Gracie’s beautiful mom, Mindi, joined us for the shoot and we all had so much fun together – I wish we could do it all over again!!
