We feel so blessed to work with amazing people every single day. Seriously, it’s one of our favorite things about what we do. Every meeting, planning session, or photoshoot we do is an opportunity for us to meet incredible business owners and to live out our purpose to positively impact everyone we work with. More often than not, those individuals turn from clients to close friends, and the crew at Babbo Italian Eatery is no exception!
We absolutely love the family behind the local, family owned Babbo Italian Eatery and we genuinely look forward to our time with them every quarter! Not only are they caring, thoughtful, and amazing to work with, we count our work with them among one of our most stand out client stories. We love looking back at where their marketing imagery was when we started working together, and where it is today, one year later. We’ve overhauled their imagery to represent who they are – a local, family owned restaurant serving fresh, local food just the way Babbo (Italian for Daddy) likes it!
In the last year, we’ve been through a lot together! A new location opening in Scottsdale at Talking Stick, a complete website overhaul that features our images, and more photos of their delicious recipes than we can count (or eat)!
This recent shoot with them was perfectly timed, and Chip and Jo-Jo over at Magnolia released their fall line just in time for us to compliment our kitchen props and linens! Aside from photographing more of their menu options, we also were able to feature their cheese wheel! This was new to us, so we’ll assume it’s new to you as well and break it down for ya.
Their cheese wheel is a gigantic wheel of cheese with the top removed and a section carved out. It’s carted to your table where a server tosses your selected pasta dish in the cheese wheel table-side! Instantly, your already amazing dish is coated in warm, freshly melted cheese and served up for you to enjoy! Of course, we had to try the results after we photographed the process, and guys – if you’re a cheesehead like Jon, you will love this! It’s such a fun and tasty change to grabbing Italian dinner out!
